Prepare to insert nourishment. | July 27, 2008 | Comments (0)

When: Sunday, July 27th, 2008.

What: Black sequin tunic from Juniper Tree, cigarette pants by Laundry by Shelli Segal, black cardigan from the Erin Fetherston for GO Int’l / Target collection. Braided silver headband from modcloth.com, amazing liquid silver booties with ombre wedge heel by Apepazzo, metallic leather handbag by Dolce Vita.

Confession: I have only one very wiggly puppy to thank for these booties. She so generously sent them to me after deciding that they had my name written all over them. They’re so femmebot! she wrote excitedly. I’m so glad they’re mine now, and I can’t imagine the inspiration belonging to anyone other than one of the most fabulous original femmebot vixens ever, Barbarella.

    Dear Santa,

For Christmas, can you please send me the fashion know-how of Ms Skinny Bone Jones? I have been a very, very good girl.

P.S. There’s extra cookies in it for you if you make this happen.

  • Skinny Bone Jones

Baberaham Lincoln is probs one of the best things that’s ever been said about me, even if only on an If basis.

    Quick, someone grab hfs.wordpress.com!

You are a robo-babe. In Latin you would be called “babia majora”.

    She’s magically babelicious.

And also, this blog makes me want to go shopping. And I’m broke. You’re killing me (but I love it)!

  • nadarine

Wait a moment. “Tunic”, you claim? I do recall that being worn as a dress during impromptu showtunes karaoke, and I believe there’s photographic evidence to prove it.

  • SBJ

Um…ah…so…like…WHATEVER HAPPENS IN DOLLYWOOD, STAYS IN DOLLYWOOD, Nadarine!

PS. It was also worn as a *cough/choke* bathing suit for hot tubbing *cough*, but calling this a “multi-purpose garment” might be a bit rich.

  • nadarine

oh, I agree that it’s a single use garment. And the single use is SHININESS.
